JAZZ ARTIST CHET McCRACKEN is full of surpises.
Probably best known as the former drummer with the Doobie Brothers, his roots are firmly entrenched in the world of jazz. Commercial success is no stranger to Chet McCracken. His composition "South Bay Strut" was nominated for a Grammy Award. Chet is also house drummer for the "Baked Potato" in Hollywood and has done two educational videos.

CHET's debut effort, "FLIGHT TO MOSCOW"  (1990) was insipred by his participation with the Doobies in the 1987 "Concert for Peace" in Russia.
Next came "PARTNERS" (92) the critically acclaimed CD featuring Chris Pinnick former guitar player with Chicago.

Chet followed that up with "AFTER THE RAIN" (94) and now is celebrating the 1996 release of "TEQUILA" Featuring Sam Riney on Valley Vue Records.
